Very nice, clean and modern hotel. The area around it isn´t very nice, gas station and McDonalds, but it is easy to get to the city center, around 15 minutes walk. Or you rent a bike in the hotel. Easy to acces from the autostrada, since it is is located right at the exit of it. - Anonymous, Germany
Very nice hotel and room. Easy check-in, and friendly staff. Can rent a bike, which is absolutely necessary if you plan to visit the interior of the city which is forbidden to vehicles. A little tricky to find, and lots of traffic in area as it is very close to highway entrance, which can be good and also a little bothersome. Nice hotel, close to the old part of the city, the hotel has bikes for rent, so you can go to the old part of the city without any problems! We enjoyed the little spa as well. Free parking space behind the hotel. - Michele, Italy
Nice clean new hotel. Good friendly service. Not a particularly nice location, very near mainroads but no noice. Staff struggled a little at breakfast - slow service and did not ensure there was any bread at all! But will not one slow employee imapct good impression. - Thoralf, Norway
The staff were extremely helpful. The location was excellent. We had a 6 year old with us and the walk into Lucca city walls was managable. The bike hire arrangement was great and very resonably priced. The swimming pool was lovely. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Possible to have a joke with them in our poor Italian! The rooms were attractive and the ambience was calming. A neighbour’s dog which barked well into the night. This of course was not the hotel’s fault. I just wonder whether other guests had a similar experience. - Patience, UK
